I believe there are two weeks in Texas where no one complains about the weather ("It's too hot" or "It's too cold") and those two weeks began today! The sun is out, the birds are chatty, and the air is cool. I'm grateful to note the change, pause, and appreciate the beauty. I hope you find a place to pause today and take it all in! XXOO!
My goal for this blog is to post three times a week, sharing my musings or thoughts to elevate. I've had this blog for several years but have not consistently used my voice how I initially intended—my muse for today.

I've thought quite a bit lately about keeping an open mind and what that looks like for growth and purpose. An unshackled mind still questions and is confident enough to change its viewpoint.
I know people I feel are incapable of even considering changing their minds. It seems that as they age, it becomes almost impossible. Some have stopped listening, learning, questioning, and have become unmovable.
I hope I'll always strive to keep an open mind. I hope I will always choose to let my mind reflect, roam, and reconsider. I hope I will always challenge assumptions and learn all I can with all the information I can gather. XXOO!
